Black Lantern Green Arrow is a deceased version of Oliver Queen, resurrected as a member of the Black Lantern Corps during the "Blackest Night" event in DC Comics. He is animated by a Black Lantern power ring fueled by the life energy of those he killed or those who have a strong emotional connection to him.

Unlike a zombie, Black Lanterns retain their memories and personalities, often twisted to inflict maximum emotional damage. Black Lantern Green Arrow exploits his relationship with his former allies, particularly his romantic relationship with Black Lantern Hawkgirl, using their past intimacy against them. His primary goal is to increase the ranks of the Black Lantern Corps by killing living beings and causing despair.

His powers include flight, necromantic energy projection, and the ability to regenerate from nearly any injury.
